1. Place RemZzzs™ directly on top of the silicone mask cushion. Note: If applicable, fold rectangular forehead liner and place on forehead cushion.

2. Lean downward toward mask, placing nose and mouth into oval shaped hole of RemZzzs™ Note: For Nasal masks, only nose will fit into hole.

3. Press face against RemZzzs™ while returning head to a normal upright position. Note: Be sure 1/2 – 3/4” extends beyond mask cushion. Liner will curl toward mask.

4. Snap mask fasteners into place and adjust tightness. Note: For best fit, pull outward on protruding edges to stretch RemZzzs™ around nose and mouth.

For maximum results, use one fresh RemZzzs™ facial liner each night, or follow your own personal preference and comfort level.
