Consumer Limited Product Warranty
Effective as of October 1, 2025
1. Naturs warrants to Consumer that, for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of Consumer’s purchase (the “Warranty Period”), RemZzzs CPAP mask liners (the “Products”) will be free from material defects in material and workmanship (the “Product Warranty”).
2. To assert a claim under this Product Warranty, Customer must notify Naturs within the Warranty Period by contacting Customer Support at 877-473-6999 or customercare@remzzzs.com. Consumer will be asked to provide name, address, telephone number, and proof of purchase (dated sales receipt or digital invoice with order number). Subject to the terms of this Product Warranty, with respect to any such Products during the Warranty Period, Naturs shall, in its sole discretion, either: (a) replace such Products (or the defective part), or (b) credit or refund the price paid by Consumer for such Products, provided that, if Naturs so requests, Consumer shall, at Naturs’ expense, return such defective Products to Naturs.
3. EXCEPT FOR THE PRODUCT WARRANTY SET FORTH IN SECTION 1 ABOVE, NATURS MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANY (a) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY; (b) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; (c) WARRANTY OF TITLE; OR (d) WARRANTY AGAINST INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY, IN EACH CASE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE, OR OTHERWISE.
4. Naturs shall not be liable for a breach of the Product Warranty if: (a) Consumer or any third party makes any further use of such Products after giving the notice specified in Section 2 above; (b) the defect arises because Consumer failed to follow Naturs’ written instructions (including without limitation instructions outlined in the Products’ Instructions For Use) as to the storage, installation, commissioning, use, or maintenance of the Products; (c) Consumer or any third party alters or repairs such Products; (d) the Products are damaged by misuse or abuse, accident, theft, neglect, vandalism, or environmental conditions or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of Naturs; (e) the Products are opened, used, repackaged, and/or resealed by Consumer or any third party; or (f) the Products are purchased by Internet auction sites, surplus or bulk resellers, and/or any other persons that are not authorized to distribute or sell the Products on behalf of Naturs.
5. THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS PRODUCT WARRANTY SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR CONSUMER AND NATURS’ ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THE PRODUCT WARRANTY. THIS PRODUCT WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE. NO DISTRIBUTOR, RETAILER, INCLUDING ON-LINE RETAILER, OR OTHER THIRD PARTY IS AUTHORIZED TO VARY THE TERMS OF THIS PRODUCT WARRANTY

IN NO EVENT SHALL NATURS BE LIABLE TO CONSUMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT NATURS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ANY AGREED OR OTHER REMEDY OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NATURS’ AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO SALE OF THE PRODUCTS OR THIS PRODUCT WARRANTY, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE TOTAL OF THE AMOUNTS PAID TO NATURS BY CONSUMER FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.
8. This Product Warranty provides Consumer with specific legal rights. Consumer may have additional rights which may vary by state or country. Because of individual state or country's regulations, some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to Consumer.
9. The terms and conditions of this Product Warranty are subject to change by Naturs from time to time and such changes shall be reflected on Naturs website at www.RemZzzs.com/Warranty (the “Warranty Website”). Any such changes shall apply to purchases of Product made after the date specified on the Warranty Website.
